The development and review of policies and procedures at AAHE takes place in accordance with the Academy’s Policy on Policies. Generally speaking, the Board of Directors is responsible for governance policies addressing AAHE’s strategic and operational decision making and accountability processes and the Academic Board is responsible for academic policies relating to students and matters related to learning and teaching. The CEO and members of the Executive Management Committee have responsibility for the procedures that give effect to AAHE policies.
